New Mexico State beat writer Justin Martinez joins the podcast in an episode that examines the Aggies. Martinez is in his second year covering the Aggies after a stint in North Dakota after graduating from Texas in 2018.

In fact, Martinez has done a great job detailing how social distancing is impacting practices, scheduling games and if the Aggies are even going to play in their home state during the 2020-21 season.
Along with his writing, Martinez has been active on social media. Martinez would live stream NBA 2K20 games on Twitch with his created New Mexico State team. Analysis and interaction were key during these live streams. Martinez also is active on the Stray Shooter where he interviews on a more personal level New Mexico State players. It is good information and gives fans a chance to see who they are rooting for.
Just has gone from Austin, Texas to North Dakota and now to the plateaus of Las Cruces. And Martinez loves the support from Aggie fans that was shown to him when he took over for Marc Rudi at the Las Cruces Sun-News.
