The key for Utah Valley is taking pressure off WAC Player of the Year Fardaws Aimaq. And role players Blaze Nield, Connor Harding, Tim Fuller and Le’Tre Darthad are doing that on a consistent basis. Asa McCord and Tim Ceaser have been bit for Utah Valley, as well.
The Wolverines head to the Pacific Northwest to take on Seattle on Wednesday at Climate Pledge Arena. The last time the two teams met, Utah Valley guard Trey Woodbury hit a 3-pointer with a second to play to propel the Wolverines to the 93-92 overtime win at the Redhawk Center.
On Wednesday, the Wolverines will still be without Woodbury and perhaps Justin Harmon. The matchup to watch will arguably be between Riley Grigsby and Connor Harding. Keep any eye on this one. Should be a fun one at Climate Pledge Arena.
