WAC play has been so entertaining through the first two weeks of conference play. Unfortunately, for New Mexico State, the Aggies have only been able to play two of their scheduled four games. One game was postponed to a different date. And the other was canceled and put down as a forfeit for the WAC standings.

Now, after an 85-73 road win at UTRGV, New Mexico State returns home for arguably its toughest tests of the conference season thus far. The Aggies host Tarleton on Thursday night and then host ACU on Saturday night.

Both teams love to get after you defensively but the Aggies have a major size advantage over both teams.

Adam and Kyle talk about the improvement of Will McNair Jr who had 17 points at UTRGV. Teddy Allen has become a complete ball player since coming to Las Cruces. And the Aggies are just deep right now. But, according to their coach, they simply haven’t played up to the level he wants them to, yet. Kind of a scary thought.
